TransPride Society
TransPride Society is an organisation dedicated to the protection, empowerment, and welfare of transgender people in Pakistan. Founded with a deep commitment to human dignity and equality, the organization works tirelessly to address the systemic discrimination, social exclusion, and legal challenges faced by the transgender community.
At the core of TransPride Society’s mission is the provision of free and accessible legal assistance to transgender individuals who are often denied justice due to stigma, lack of resources, and institutional barriers. The organization supports the community through legal counseling, case representation, rights awareness, and advocacy to ensure that transgender people can exercise their constitutional and human rights without fear.
Beyond legal aid, TransPride Society actively works on transgender welfare, focusing on access to justice, safety, education, healthcare, and social inclusion. By collaborating with lawyers, activists, civil society, and policymakers, the organization strives to create a society where transgender persons are respected, protected, and empowered to live with dignity.
TransPride Society stands as a voice, a shield, and a support system for one of Pakistan’s most marginalized communities – working not just for rights on paper, but for justice in real life.
